My Name is Janet Courtenay. I have been an entertainer for over 40 years working all over the UK and Europe. My job has not just been as a singer, but as a Healer; making people happy, making them laugh and helping them to forget their problems. We have no idea of the problems our audience has left behind, so if we can allow them to forget themselves and simply enjoy the moment, even for a little while, then we have done our job.

There are times when I have seen people in genuine pain and, as a Healer, I find it hard to ignore someone in real need. I am a caring person and have an instictive need to help where I can.

During my life I have always been a naturally intuative person. For as long as I can remember, my mother has been a psychic medium, as was my grandmother (my mother's mother). We have always been aware of Spirit helping in many ways.

After studying and gaining experience at my local Spiritualist Church in Devon, I became a Developed Medium. I enjoyed this process and wanted to take it further, so have now also studied to become a Healer, which involved a two year course with the S.N.U. My training took place at Paignton Spiritualist Church in Devon and I was awarded high marks for my workthroughout the course.
